We ship across Canada, the U.S., and select international countries

Canada:

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): 15$

    • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

U.S:

    • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Calculated at checkout

    • Express Shipping (2–4 business days): Available at checkout

International:

    • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties (International Orders): 

    • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are not included in the shipping price and vary by country.

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, holidays, and courier delays.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships

Custom wigs and made-to-order items may take up to 15 -25 business days unless stated otherwise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received the wrong item?

Let us know within 72 hours of delivery:

     • Email contact@sempremel.com with your order number and clear photos

     • We’ll try our best to resolve the issue and find a solution

 

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things safe and sanitary for all our customers, the following items are final sale:

     • Worn or opened extensions and wigs

     • Custom or made-to-order wigs

     • Clearance and promotional items marked Final Sale

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

​

     • Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom

     • Wait 24 hours (sometimes couriers mark packages early)

     • Contact us if it still hasn’t arrived

 

We’ll do our best to help, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered.
