At Sempremel, each unit is handled with care and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, we maintain strict policies for hygiene and quality assurance.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all wig, hair product and hair accessories sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Cancellation Policy 

All orders are processed quickly to maintain our standard of efficiency and customization. As a result, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled. All custom and colored units are final sale once processing has begun.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand the nature of made-to-order luxury units.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Let us know within 72 hours of delivery:

• We’ll try our best to resolve the issue and find a solution

Refused / Undeliverable Packages

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Use a soft measuring tape and measure around your hairline (forehead → above ears → nape → back to forehead). Keep the tape snug, not tight.

Fit Note: If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

All SempreMel units are custom-made for a secure, glueless fit. Please use our sizing chart to select the correct cap size.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. SempreMel is not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect sizing.

All units are final sale and cannot be resized once completed. Slight variations in fit may occur based on braiding and personal preference.

Color Disclaimer (SempreMel)

Please note that colors of wigs may vary slightly from the photos.

• We strive to match each unit as closely as possible.

• Highlights or unique color patterns may appear slightly different due to lighting or dye variations, especially with blonde shades.

• Each unit is handcrafted, so slight differences in color or texture are normal.

• Rest assured, we aim to recreate every unit as accurately as possible.

Texture

• The bodywave look is a styled finish, not a natural texture. Your unit is straight hair that's been barrel curled it won't hold indefinitely. Check our instagram for tutorials when you're ready to restyle

Length

• Keep in mind curls shrink length. Up to 4 inches worth. So if your goal is 26" curled, you'll want to order 28"-30" straight

How is the wig glueless?

Each Sempremel unit has a secure adjustable band built right into the lace and cap. Tighten it at the back, and it creates enough tension to keep the lace sitting flat and natural against your skin no glue, no fuss

Can I still use glue?

Of course. The glueless design is about giving you options, not taking them away. If you want a more laid finish with adhesive, go for it

Does the hair hold a curl?

Yes beautifully. Like all high quality human hair, curl retention comes down to technique and the products you use. Every Sempremel purchase includes access to a curling class so you can perfect both
